If you have an affiliate account at AdCombo and would like to integrate it with your network at HOQU, then you need to follow these steps:

Step 1. Getting a tracking link

Log into your AdCombo affiliate account and create a campaign for the offer you are interested in. A detailed instruction from AdCombo on creating a campaign can be found here: https://confluence.adcombo.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=71893205

The campaign link will look like this:

http://axdsz.pro/?rid=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Copy the campaign link and proceed to the second step.

Step 2. Creating an offer on HOQU

Go to your network account on HOQU, create an offer. Fill in the required fields on the Main and Working conditions tabs.

Next, in the Tracking tab, in the Tracking link field, paste the campaign link received in AdCombo. Now, configure how the click id value will be passed. Typically, subacc is used to pass a {click_id} in AdCombo.

So your tracking link will look like this:

http://axdsz.pro/?rid=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?subacc={click_id}

If you would like to pass some more data to AdCombo, you can use the remaining sub ids for this purpose (subacc2, subacc3, etc.). The list of available HOQU macros is located on the left of the macro input field.

Fill in the rest of the required and optional (if needed) fields in the Tracking tab.

Next, in the Rates tab, create a payout rate for the offer.

Enter the appropriate name for the rate in the Action field (for example, Leads), and enter its description in the Action description field, for example:

At the moment, it is necessary that the name of the rate in HOQU matches a payout name in AdCombо (it can be found under the Conversion type field in the offer card). In the future, this restriction will be removed.

Save the rate.

Step 3. Setting up a postback URL

After you have created an offer in your HOQU network, go to the offer card and scroll down to the Integration section.

Copy the postback URL. The postback will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={click_id}&request_id={request_id}&action={action}&price={price}&status={status}

Next, go to your AdCombo account, and go to the campaign card that you have created in the Step 1. Go to the Postback/Pixel tab.

You can specify 3 postback links in AdCombo:

Lead postback – informs you about the performed action and your payout.
Hold postback – informs you about new orders that must be confirmed by the advertiser.
Reject postback — informs you about a change in the order status: canceled — the customer canceled the order, trash — random numbers or letters, or the wrong order.

Insert a postback URL in each of the fields you need:

Lead postback
(on a confirmed lead)

After pasting the postback link in this field, replace:

{click_id} with {subacc}
{request_id} with {trans_id}
{action} with {target_id}
{status} with approved
{price} with {revenue} - this is an optional field, needed only for the percentage rate aka revshare

As a result, your postback link on a confirmed lead will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={subacc}&request_id={trans_id}&action=Leads&price={revenue}&status=approved

Hold postback
(on a new lead)

{click_id} with {subacc}
{request_id} with {trans_id}
{action} with {target_id}
{status} with approved
{price} with {revenue} - this is an optional field, needed only for the percentage rate aka revshare

As a result, your postback link on a new lead will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={subacc}&request_id={trans_id}&action=Leads&price={revenue}&status=hold

Reject postback
(on a declined lead)

After inserting the postback link into this field, make the same replacements as in the example above, except for {status}, replace with rejected.

As a result, your postback link to the verified lead will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={subacc}&request_id={trans_id}&action=Leads&price={revenue}&status=rejected

Save changes on the page.

Important: the postback URL in this manual is used as an example. In order for the integration to be successful, copy your unique link from the offer card in your network on HOQU.

Step 4. Testing

In order to test the integration, create a test affiliate account on HOQU, join your Network, and create a campaign for an offer from AdCombo.

Follow the campaign link and perform the targeted action, then make sure that the conversion is displayed in AdCombo statistics, in your network’s statistics, as well as in the statistics of a test affiliate.
