If you have an affiliate account at Leadbit and would like to integrate with your network at HOQU, then you need to follow these steps:

Step 1. Getting a tracking link

Log into your Leadbit affiliate account and create a flow for the offer you are interested in.

The flow link will look like this:

http://thebestleadbit.com/XXXX?sub1=sub1&sub2=sub2&sub3=sub3&sub4=sub4&sub5=sub5

Copy the flow link without sub id.

In this example, it would as follows:

http://thebestleadbit.com/XXXX

Step 2. Creating an offer on HOQU

Go to your network account on HOQU, create an offer. Fill in the required fields on the Main and Working conditions tabs.

Next, in the Tracking tab, in the Tracking link field, paste the flow link received in Leadbit. Next, configure how the click id value will be passed. Typically, sub1= is used to pass a {click_id}.

So your link will look like this:

http://thebestleadbit.com/XXXX?sub1={click_id}

If you would like to pass some more data to Leadbit, you can use the remaining sub ids for this purpose. The list of available macros is located on the left of the macro input field. Fill in the rest of the required and optional (if needed) fields in the Tracking tab.

Next, in the Rates tab, on the step of creating payout rates for the offer, contact your manager at Leadbit, and specify the action ID (or, if there are several, the ID of each action) for the offer that you are integrating with.

The action equals the {target_id} on the Leadbit side. Enter the appropriate id in the Action field when creating a payout rate for the offer on HOQU, and in the Action description field, enter its description, for example:

Save the rates.

Step 3. Setting up a postback URL

After you have created an offer in your HOQU network, go to the offer card and scroll down to the Integration section.

Copy the postback URL. The postback will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={click_id}&request_id={request_id}&action={action}&price={price}&status={status}

Next, go to your Leadbit account, and go to the card of the flow that you have created in the Step 1.

Insert a postback in each of the fields you need:

Postback on a new lead

After pasting the postback URL in a corresponding field, replace:

{click_id} with {sub1}
{request_id} with {id}
{action} with {target_id}
{status} with hold
{price} with {cost} - this is an optional field, needed only for the percentage rate aka revshare

As a result, your postback link to the new lead will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={sub1}&request_id={id}&action={target_id}&price={cost}&status=hold

Postback on a confirmed lead

After inserting the postback link into this field, make the same replacements as in the example above, except for the {status}, replace it with approved

As a result, your postback link to the verified lead will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={sub1}&request_id={id}&action={target_id}&price={cost}&status=approved

Postback on a declined lead

After inserting the postback link into this field, make the same replacements as in the example above, except for {status}, replace with rejected

As a result, your postback link to the verified lead will look like this:

https://trackerhqu.com/f5efa905-f231-4554-9cab-0c1aff0f0489/s2s?click_id={sub1}&request_id={id}&action={target_id}&price={cost}&status=rejected

At the moment, HOQU supports only 3 main statuses (new lead, confirmed and rejected), so there is no need to fill in the fields for a postback with an invalid status and with a trash status.

Save changes on the page.

Important: the postback URL in this manual is used as an example. In order for the integration to be successful, copy your unique link from the offer card in your network on HOQU.

Step 4. Testing

In order to test the integration, create a test affiliate account on HOQU, join your Network, and create a campaign for an offer from Leadbit.

Follow the campaign link and perform the targeted action, then make sure that the conversion is displayed in Leadbit statistics, in your network’s statistics, as well as in the statistics of a test affiliate.
