Only the network can create offers on the HOQU platform. An offer can only be created for a specific advertiser who is a member of this network. The information required to create an offer is provided by the advertiser.

After the advertiser joins the network, the personal manager contacts the advertiser to discuss the terms of cooperation, signs an agreement and receives all the necessary information to create an offer.

How to create an offer?

To create an offer, go to Offers -> Create Offer

The offer creating page will open. All required fields are marked with an asterisk. Filling in the fields may be inconsistent.

Please note that the process of creating the offer is divided into sections. To switch between sections, click on the name of the required tab at the top of the form.

Main tab

Fill in the required fields:

Offer name: name your offer.
Logo: upload the offer logo in JPG or PNG format, no more than 1 Mb.
Verticals: select at least one vertical for the offer.
Types: select at least one payment model for the offer, exactly the same that you will use in the Payouts tab.
Currency: select the offer currency. You can only select the currency that is indicated in the Network -> Information section. If you want to create an offer with a new currency, you should first add it to the network, and only after it becomes available for adding to the offer. Only one currency can be added for one offer. If you need to add two or more currencies for one offer, you need to create a separate offer for each currency.
Advertiser: specify the advertiser for which you are creating an offer.
Release date: date and time when the offer will be activated and available for affiliates. Please note that the offer will only be activated if it has at least one payout model. Payout models are activated after the offer is created.
Stop date: if necessary, specify the date of the automatic pause of the offer, or select the unlimited mode.

Description, rules and notes: can be added in Russian and English. If the description is missing in one of the languages, then the description in the second language will be automatically shown.

Affiliates should accept the rules when creating a campaign for the offer. Notes are only visible to networks and advertisers.

Working conditions tab

Publicity level. The public offer will be available to all affiliates who have joined the network. A private offer will be available only to affiliates, whom you will manually grant access to this offer. This can be done after creating a private offer, in the Private Offers section.
Hold. Specify the number of days after which it is possible to confirm or reject the leads of the offer. The value is displayed in the offer card and is available to affiliates.
Auto approve. Specify the number of days after which the leads for this offer will be automatically confirmed. Enter 0 for an indefinite period.
Country. Indicate the country (one, several or all) for which this offer is intended.
Moderate campaigns. When this option is enabled, an affiliate, after creating a campaign in his account, will have to request network approval to run the campaign. If the option is not selected, this action will not be required and an affiliate will be able to launch the campaign right after its creation.
Traffic sources. Indicate all the available traffic sources accepted by the offer.

Tracking tab

Tracking URL. Link to the advertised resource to which the user should go through the affiliate campaign URL. The tracking link is provided by the advertiser. The link must necessarily begin with http: // or https: //.
Macros. Macros are additional parameters that are added to the tracking link. To collect more data on user activity, add the required macros. Important: {click_id} is required in order to correctly process the statistics for the offer.
Cookie time. The number of days during which the user who followed the link of this affiliate will be assigned to this affiliate.
Preview URL. A link that shows a preview of the offer without counting the clicks.
Trafficback URL. The link that will be used to redirect non-targeted (not meeting the requirements of the offer) traffic.
Integration type. Choose from three available integration methods: pixel, s2s or iframe.
Allow deeplinks. Deep links are required for e-commerce to redirect users to a custom page.
Allow impressions. Allow your affiliates to set display pixels.
Allow Google Ads. Allow your affiliates to create advertising campaigns in Google Ads.
Allow events. Allow the advertiser to set up and track events for the offer.
Allow Click API. Allow your affiliates to transfer data about clicks via API.

Rates tab

To create a new payout model, click the Add button. Fill in the fields:

Action. The name of the custom action that will be displayed in the offer card and used during integration. Keep in mind that if you create two payout models with the same action, they cannot be activated at the same time at the same time.
Action description. A more detailed description of the custom action that the advertiser is willing to pay for.
Payment model. Choose either CPA or Recurring payments model.
Payment type. Choose either fixed or percentage (revshare) type.
Advertiser cost. The total amount paid by the advertiser for the lead, including the network commission. For a fixed model, and a percentage of the advertiser's rate - for a percentage rate.
Network commission, %. Enter a numerical value for the percentage of your network’s commission.
Default payout. It is calculated automatically after filling in the advertiser cost and network percentage fields.
Type. Public or private. If you have chosen a private rate type, indicate the affiliates who will have access to the offer.
Activate. Check the box to activate the offer after its creation.

Targeting tab

Used to set up geo-targeting. If you leave these fields blank, they will be set to accepting all traffic by default.

Select your country, region and city using the dropdown list. You can select multiple values. To add exceptions, use the Exclude checkbox. If necessary, select the connection types and OS you want to target. For more precise settings, you can use the Advanced settings.

To add an additional targeting condition, click the Add button at the bottom of the page.

Caps tab

Specify the time zone for the caps, the default rate, the conversion status it should be applied to, and the permission to exceed the limit (overcap) if needed.

To add a new cap, in the Caps section, switch the switcher to the active position and click the Add button.

Fill in the information about the time frame during which the cap will be applied to: day, month or indefinitely. Specify the type of conversion type. In the value field, specify the number of conversions (or budget), above which the limit will be applied.

Nets, specify the rate distribution rule: all, each or specific rate. Indicate to which affiliates the caps should apply to: all, each or specific affiliate(s). After that, click the Save button to add the cap.

After all the necessary data has been entered, click on the save button to create an offer.

After the successful creation of the offer, a page with information about the created offer will open. A successfully created offer has the “Created” status. Please note that the offer will become visible to affiliates only after its activation.

How to add promo tools?

After the offer has been created and the payout models have been added, you can add promotional materials provided by the advertiser to the offer.

To do this, go to Offers -> Offers section in the left menu.

Find the offer you need and click Promo tools.

A page with promotional materials for this offer will open. The page contains a list of all promotional materials for this offer. To add a new promo, click the Add button.

Select the desired type of promotional material, fill in the required fields, and then click the Save button.

After that, the promotional material will be added for this offer and will be available to affiliates, depending on the privacy settings.
